The program is supplied as is. The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the program."

HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES. The program is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the program could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). LICENSE
You may use the program freely and without restriction but the following applies. The program must not be decompiled, recompiled or resold in any way whatsoever. The license grants the right to the user to install and use the program as many times as may be deemed necessary. The program may be included on cover cd's as long as no additional charge is made for its inclusion and at least 5 other programs by different authors are also on the cd unless by prior arrangement with the author of the program Gordon Whittam. Anyone wishing to include the program on a cd or any other form of distribution media whether or not the intended recipient/s incur any form of charge must first contact the author using the contact information at the foot of this document.
